Tosú supports individuals through Linkage, Gate Service, and Resettlement programmes, helping navigate transitions with care. Our Community Support Scheme (CSS) and Individual Placement & Support (IP&S) provide tailored assistance, promoting independence, wellbeing, and integration for those moving forward after involvement with the justice system.

Linkage
The Linkage Service assists people to access the labour market. Linkage Service Training and Employment Officers are based in Probation offices across Ireland and work with people who are under Probation Service supervision.

Gate Service
The GATE service operates within the prison. Our teams provide guidance and placement support to people throughout the prison journey, from education to employment.

Resettlement
The Resettlement Service is a pre-and post-release service that Tosú is uniquely placed to provide around Ireland, run by a dynamic team of highly qualified Coordinators.

Community Support
This scheme is a joint initiative between Tosú and the Irish Prison Service. It is a structured release programme for people serving prison sentences less than 18 months.

Individual Placement & Support (IP&S)
Individual Placement and Support is based at the National Forensic Mental Health Service in the Central Mental Hospital Unit.

Community Reintegration
The Community Reintegration Service was developed by Tosú in response to the increase in people being released from prison without timely supports to facilitate successful reintegration into their communities.
