Find Work, Build Stability
We work with people who are under the supervision of the probation service.
We support people on probation and help them to get work and build stability. This could mean helping you figure out if they want to do some training or supporting you to put together a CV in order to look for work.
You get referred to one of our team by your Probation Officer and you meet with a member of our Linkage team one-on-one. You start by talking through what area of work or training interests you, what you need and what skills you already have. We can provide some guidance towards setting goals.
We know a lot about working when you have a criminal conviction, and Garda vetting and we can guide you with this as well.
We also have a good network of employers, training bodies, charities and state agencies and can guide you with your next steps as you build your stability. To find out more about the Probation Service, this information is available on their website.
