I joined the Resettlement Team in 2025. I applied for the role because I find fulfilment in helping others, hearing their stories and working together for a better future. The organisation ‘Tosú – New Beginnings’ has deeply aligned with my values and views. The idea of a second chance motivates me each day to provide the best support to my clients. Although each case is different and the prison has a fast-paced environment, being there for my clients pushes me to come into work each day with a positive mindset. As part of my job, I manage medical cards, accommodation and social welfare forms.
