I am a Training and Employment Officer covering the areas of Limerick, Clare and Kerry. I genuinely love my job and feel privileged because it allows me to support clients and build meaningful, positive relationships every day. Navigating challenges in a fast paced environment keeps me motivated and sharp and I find real fulfilment in helping others feel heard and valued. Positive rapport, successful outcomes and strong connections – make every challenge worthwhile and fuel my passion for what I do.

I am a proud & dedicated member of the organisation for the past 15 years. I am now currently working with Probation Service clients as a Training and Employment Officer covering Carlow, Laois & Kilkenny. From a very young age I have been passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges with a firm belief that every individual has the ability to change the direction of their life path if they can discover their true passion and purpose. I pride myself on using a holistic approach during my Guidance Counselling sessions with clients as all aspects of a person’s life are interconnected. Each client’s story is unique but a common theme I have experienced during the course of my work is one of strength, determination and hope. I can safely say I am still as passionate about my client work as the first day I started in my role.
